So, we are going to work together—what’s next?

  • To get started, I'd like to schedule time to chat—either over the phone or virtually—so we can get to know each other better and discuss the project and what you need.

I want to maximize your time, so I will send you an intake form to fill out before our meeting. This form will tell me more about you and your project, like:

—Contact information for the project lead

    —What your business does

    —The scope of your project

    —Audience

    —Goals

    —Deadlines

    —The project format (printed/digital)

At our first meeting, we will discuss the information you provided in your intake form and address any additional information I might need to complete your project. From there, I will follow up with a written out plan, timeline, and summary of what you can expect moving forward.

  • Then it's time to really get to work. We will schedule deadlines to review progress. Depending on your communication style, these check ins will be virtual meetings or emailed communcation. I will show you a draft of your project and will discuss updates. We will get the design just right!

  • When we get the project to it's final design, I will send you all the necessary assets.

These assets will vary for each project.

For example: you might have a few digital designs and may need them sized for different platforms. So I will send you each design sized for the requested platforms and will make sure you have all the best file types for your needs).

 FAQs

  • Maybe you're at capacity.

You and your team are busy! Sometimes, you need something done, but your team is at capacity. Consider me an extra set of hands. I'll help get your project across the finish line without adding more work for your team.

Maybe you're in a time of transition.

Your business is growing—that's great! Sometimes you need some outside, temporary help to keep moving forward when you aren't ready to hire someone in-house or you need to put your resources elsewhere.

Maybe you need some fresh eyes.

We have all experienced a time when we've been looking at a project for too long and don't know how to move forward. Bringing in a freelancer can provide fresh eyes and new ideas to help.

Whatever reason brought you to me, I will help you reach your goals. I know your time matters, and I will do everything I can to maximize your time. Together we can create something great!

  • I accept payment via check or PayPal. Based on everything we discuss in our first meeting, I will send you a quote for the project. I ask for a 30% deposit after I send the first draft of your project. The rest of the payment is due after the final design is approved. After you send the final payment, I will send you all the final assets.
